The 2015 Dodge Dart offers an alternative to the boring, ordinary compact sedan, and it looks great too. If you live in Texas near Garland, Rockwall, Farmersville, or Commerce, you should come into Greenville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and check out this American alternative to the popular import sedans.
Mazda updated the Mazda3 for 2015, but it still has a hard time matching or beating the style and features of the Dart.
Both cars get a 2.0 liter 4 cylinder motor as standard equipment, but Dodge gives you an extra 5 horsepower versus the Mazda. Both cars have an optional more powerful 2.4 liter motor in the upper trim levels if you want a quicker, sportier compact. Only Dodge, however, also offers a fuel efficient turbo tuned for fuel economy. The 1.4 liter turbo motor in the Dart Aero trim has 34 more lb-ft of torque compared to the base Mazda motor, and loses to the top Mazda motor by just 1 lb-ft, while getting better mileage.
The Dart and the Mazda3 are easy to park, and great in the tight city streets, but you get more interior room in the Dodge. The official numbers say the Dart has 1 cubic foot more interior space, and you will find it in the extra amount of shoulder room in both seats. The Dodge Dart has more trunk space too, a full .5 cubic feet more, and the rear seats also fold down.
Even at similar prices there are some features Mazda doesn’t have, but Dodge does. For instance, the Dart has a standard CD player stereo, which Mazda doesn’t. The driver’s seat is adjustable for height on the base model Dart, but you have to move to a higher trim level for that feature from Mazda. Dodge also gives you LED brake lights, delay-off headlights, key fob activated perimeter lights, and interior map lights, but Mazda doesn’t.
For a fun to drive compact sedan with an unmistakable look, you can’t beat the 2015 Dodge Dart. Take one for a test drive today and you’ll be sold, friendly staff are standing by at Greenville CDJR in Greenville, TX to answer any questions.View Inventory
